Fixed Operations Manager
Qualifications:
Prior automotive fixed operations experience required.
Prepare annual operation budget; forecast goals and objectives for the departments, with drive to achieve targeted goals and monitor performance.
Participate in hiring, training, selection, and development of employees.
Provide consultative support to Service and Parts Managers.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Strong knowledge of automotive dealer processes.
Problem solver focused on solution-oriented implementation.
A team player focused on provided exemplary customer service.
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Professional and dependable work ethic.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Experience with dealership technology/software a plus.
Ability to understand industry specific laws and regulations.
Valid driver's license.
Service Manager
Qualifications:
Prior automotive service department and management experience required.
Ability to understand manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
Self-motivated with the drive to set and achieve targeted goals for the department.
A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail.
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
Strong computer and training skills.
Valid driver's license.
Parts Manager
Qualifications:
Prior automotive dealership experience required.
Management experience preferred.
Ability to develop, communicate, enforce, and monitor effective parts department processes.
Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes physical inventory and proper counter procedures.
Self-motivated with the drive to achieve targeted goals.
