The Customer Experience Representative is a key member of our sales and support team who delivers white-glove service to customers.
You will assist customers with questions related to our eLearning solutions via chat, phone, and email.
You will work hand-in-hand with our sales and support team members to resolve support cases at lightning-fast speed.

Responsibilities include:
Responding promptly and politely to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email.
Setting up user accounts and assigning content in our eLearning platform.
Assisting school administrators with support questions related to the eLearning platform, account set-up, and user reports.
Communicating, coordinating, and supporting the sales team with account management and set-up.
Providing clear documentation on account interactions in NetSuite.
Having a complete understanding of how our eLearning solution works, inside and out.
Processing sales orders and invoices and keying payments for customers.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
