The Assistant Teacher is responsible for assisting in the implementation of daily lessons in personal hygiene, Bible Time, music, art, math, science, and literature that is developmentally appropriate for children from 6 weeks-3 years of age and enhances their spiritual, social-emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
Requirements for Employment:
Be able to meet the requirements of KDHE Child Care Licensing, to include in-service training Experience assisting in a licensed childcare center Be able to relate well to children and adults, in a Christian manner Spiritual maturity, deeply committed to Christ, His Church, and Christian education Preference will be given to candidates able to meet KDHE Lead Teacher requirements Specific Duties and Responsibilities include safety and well-being, instructional and spiritual components.
