The Role You Play As an Admissions Representative at Pawnee, you will be the first point of contact for new clients as they come in the door.
In this initial conversation, you will be responsible for collecting client information, entering it into a database, and using that information to determine what services are needed, and therefore what forms the client needs to fill out.
In this role, you are determining the What, Who, Where, and How for clients seeking services.
The Day-to-Day Warmly and professionally greet new clients by phone while collecting all relevant information to fill out their client chart Create new client charts within 24 hours of contact Effectively direct clients to the right forms per policy, and schedule services within the organization Maintain a working knowledge of insurance requirements to account for client eligibility and copays Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure a working knowledge of current services and service providers throughout the 10-county area Other Duties as Assigned Interface with referrals, such as local jails and schools directing clients to our services Work with therapists before intake appointments Arrange for prior authorizations as needed Who You Are The ideal candidate for this role is a born communicator - someone who is friendly and outgoing, but also quick to make connections between what a client is saying and what that means for the organization.
We are also looking for strong attention to detail for the data entry portion of this role.
Finally, this is the first face a new client sees - we need people who are patient and able to represent all of what Pawnee offers to present a great first impression every time! Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills using the English language Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Wiling and able to operate common office equipment Preferred Customer service experience in a medical office strongly preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Multi-lingual skills Results of criminal and all other applicable background checks must meet the approval of Pawnee Mental Health Services.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
