This is the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to work closely with our senior management team to oversee the administration of home health care services.
The Branch Clinical Manager will also be responsible for supervising and collaborating with other medical professionals to coordinate home health care services and ensuring compliance with State and Federal guidelines, ACHC Standards and standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct clinical services - working out of our Junction City office.
Provide guidance to staff nurses in their day-to-day activities.
Plan and schedule the daily assignments of nurses and aides to ensure efficient utilization of staff.
Collaborate with senior management, office staff and other community and professional partners.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring of clinical staff.
Overall responsibilities of management of the Junction City branch office.
Position
Qualifications:
Experience as a registered nurse with a public health, home health care, or hospital background.
Management experience preferred.
Kansas RN license Motor vehicle record in good standing.
Able to pass background checks.
