As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first encounter with our patients, in essence, the face of Katie's Way.
We're looking for staff who enjoy helping not only the patient as they begin their journey but also someone who is a compassionate team player and ready to have a work family.
We are seeking a candidate who is patient-oriented, personable, positive, organized, and possesses a high degree of accuracy in their work, shows attention to detail, has strong listening and communication skills (on the phone and in person), and has the ability to use and operate all technical equipment and systems.
As a support staff employee, you will play a vital role within the organization.
We will provide all the required training to the best candidate, and, as we invest with you, our goal is for you to invest in us as well.

Welcome all face-to-face patients and conduct all intake processes Receive all incoming calls and route or message them accordingly Schedule and reschedule patients as needed Answer or redirect general billing or service questions/complaints Receive and document onsite and mailed payments from patients Assist with data collection as requested by Practice Manager Assist with and/or carry out routine cleaning/maintenance of the clinic, patient care equipment, and supplies in accordance with regulatory standards and EHS policies and procedures.
This includes noting the delivery of mail or packages and stocking them accordingly.
Abide by all facility policies and procedures Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations training, and instruction requirements, as well as any other standards that govern healthcare services.
Perform other duties as assigned and permitted by law and training Job Type:
