The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruiting, onboarding, employee record management, employee relations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Implement policies and procedures for the organization.
Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and background checks.
Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
Conduct exit interviews and process terminations.
