If so, this Temporary Customer Service Associate opportunity may be a great fit for you! What You'll Do:
Our ideal candidate is team oriented and highly motivated, projecting a positive image of Farm Bureau by providing exceptional first call resolution service to our agents, and customers from our inbound contact center.
You will work closely with our agents, client/members and underwriters to process policy changes.
It's key that you understand and implement a standard of service that will result in a consistent, positive customer experience by focusing on the relationship at each interaction.
You will:
Handle processing functions for policy service requests, and cancellations for business owners, commercial package, workers compensation, and umbrella policies.
Assist with support for storm claims, both via phone and electronic reporting.
Review submitted materials for completeness and accuracy; perform follow-ups as needed with agent, underwriting, client/members and third-party vendors for information.
Research and respond to inquiries from agents or client/members regarding coverages, billing, premium rating, claims, and systems.
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
High school diploma or equivalent required plus one year of relevant experience is preferred.
Knowledge of property/casualty insurance products is helpful; however we do offer an excellent on-the-job training program.
Exceptional customer service skills are required, including strong verbal communication and business professional writing skills.
Flexibility to organize and process work to meet Farm Bureau standards with limited supervision under tight deadlines, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong computer skills are required in order to quickly learn our multiple systems.
MS Office is preferred; keyboard skills of 45 - 50 NWPM.
Considering full or part time hours with flexibility based on our operating hours from our office in Manhattan, KS.
Available hours of operation are all Central Time as follows:
Mon-Fri:

00 AM to 9:
00 PM; Sat:
7:
30 AM to 5:
00 PM; Sun 10:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM.
