The Executive Assistant to the Acquisition Team plays a pivotal role in supporting the Acquisition team and reporting to the VP of Sales.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills and effective prioritization to successfully plan meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and training.
The Executive Assistant must exercise sound judgment in diverse situations, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and establish and maintain strong relationships both within and outside the company.
Discretion is a fundamental requirement for this role.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the acquisition team and various departments on high-level projects and growth initiatives.
Conduct research, investigations, and create reports to support acquisition team initiatives.
Manage email correspondence, respond to messages, and handle phone calls efficiently and effectively.
Assist with daily time management.
Plan travel arrangements, including hotels, flights, and transportation.
Coordinate events and speaking arrangements.
Assist in presentation preparation.
Thrive in a high-paced environment and undertake any assigned duties.
Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, aiding in agenda topics and preparation, and arranging catering when necessary.
Take comprehensive notes during meetings, ensuring organization and accurate transcription.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion, particularly regarding discussions and communications impacting the overall company and its goals.
Assist with expense reporting and management.
Undertake additional assigned duties as requested.

Qualifications:
Possess excellent organizational and self-management skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Displays discretion in daily role.
Highly proficient in a broad range of common technology applications, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Tableau, and other personal productivity tools.

Requires the ability to satisfactorily complete a background check Working Settings:
Full-time Salaried Exempt, not eligible for overtime Office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, additional hours may be required depending on priorities Based in the Purple Wave headquarters in Manhattan, KS Expected to travel up to 5% of the time.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
Compensation:
The salary varies based on experience and qualifications, but typically ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
Monthly Bonus Program - determined by the Company's monthly revenue result and are paid on a percent to plan payout formula.
(90% = $300, 100% = $600, 110% = $900, 120% = $1,200) Monthly phone stipend in accordance with the Company's cell phone policy, currently $120/month Health, Dental, and Vision starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment 401(k) plan with an employer match up to 4% starting the first day of employment Company-paid Life Insurance benefit of $25,000 with options to add more through employee contribution starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment Personal Time Off (PTO) annual amount of 120 hours which is prorated based on the number of days between the 60th day of employment and the end of the calendar year Eligible to participate in the Restricted Stock Unit program following the completion of two (2) years of service.
