$15-20/hour Schedule:
8-5 pm (flexible); 29 hours/week max.
Benefits not included.
Hired workers will begin as independent contractors for the first 6 months.
After this temporary period, an evaluation will take place of which the promotion may occur including eligibility for benefits and pay increase.
Responsibilities:
Landscape Work:
General landscape duties such as mowing, weeding, planting, and general outdoor maintenance.
Moving Assistance:
We may ask you to provide support such as loading and unloading boxes, furniture, and other belongings.
Ranch Work:
Assist with ranch-related tasks such as fence repair, equipment maintenance, and animal care as needed.
Cleaning Services:
Help with cleaning and organizing storage units, ranch, or other facilities as required.
Safety and Autonomy:
We are looking for workers who are willing to work independently once they are trained efficiently with the required tasks.
Requirements:
Motivated and Reliable Physical Strength (lift up to 50 lbs.
) Positive Attitude High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Valid driver's license Must be able to commute to work Work in a team environment while demonstrating excellent communication with coworkers Must be able to use hand tools such as hammer, wrench.

Competitive hourly wage of up to 15-20 USD per hour.
Obtain experience in landscaping, moving, and ranch work.
Independent tasks delegated once trained efficiently.
