o Job Approvals, postings, advertising strategies, applicant/resume screening (including initiating/conducting phone screens), completing employment verifications and required background screenings, hire approvals, author offer correspondence, etc.
o Oversee/conduct On-boarding efforts to include ensuring orientation materials are relevant and current, conduct new hire orientations, follow-up with on-boarding measures, questionnaires, etc.
o Staffing Administrative and Compliance Measures to include wage data updates, compensation vendor updates, I-9 coordination, tracking, compliance and maintaining bank staffing models timely.
o Determine career fair schedules, participation, and marketing strategies.
o Design enhanced recruiting initiatives to expand sourcing efforts and the recruiting networks.
o Sourcing applicants via various mediums such as social media and its effective and appropriate usage, applications, and development.
Jointly/Split Advanced Administrative Functions:
o Payroll administration - to include managing updates, processing details and overseeing yearend payroll processes and critical compliance efforts and deadlines.
o Design/initiate HR Reporting Requirements for Recruiting, Payroll, Retirement, and/or specialty report for the HR Director as requested and assigned.
o Provide HR guidance to supervisors/managers and staff as needed.
o Supervise, troubleshoot system inquiries to include payroll, performance systems, applicant tracking systems, etc.
o Create/Author the HR Supervisor Newsletter.
o Monitor ACA compliance measures, maintenance, tracking and reporting requirements.
o Coordinate, design, track Benefits Open Enrollment measures/materials.
o Oversee/supervise/train HR Student Assistant(s) as designated and their tasks, schedules, assignments.
o Continue in cross-training functions for advanced HR topics as assigned and continue HR educational development.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management Requirements:
Demonstrates creativity, initiative and achievement along with a strong attention-to-detail and an ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards while providing superior customer service in a team environment.
Demonstration of exceptional communication skills (oral, written and listening).
Experience and enjoyment in working with a diverse employee population in multiple locations.
Well-versed in a variety of software platforms and very tech savvy.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and is deadline oriented.
Preferred
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in HR or relevant field (or in pursuit of) and/or; experience
achievement in formal certifications as recognized in the industry as the equivalent to a bachelors degree (PHR, SPHR, HRCI, etc.
).
Three to five years of similar or related experience with a focus on recruiting, on-boarding, and processing payroll preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
