Responsibilities:
Warmly greet all guests upon arrival, say goodbye upon departure, and help them feel generally welcome Seat guests and manage the dining room floor plan via the specific process trained Communicate professionally & efficiently with guests and colleagues Perform side work and cleaning duties Perform additional dining room operations related duties as assigned by managers Physical Demands:
Ability to be on your feet, primarily standing in place for entire shift up to six hours Ability to look at and read a computer screen for entire shift up to six hours Ability to talk on the phone Ability to professionally communicate with guests in a loud, high energy environment Ability to climb stairs as needed Ability to squat, bend, and twist your body as needed Job Type:
