Job Description:
Assistant Teacher As an Assistant Teacher at LWELC, you will be expected to help manage the overall operation of classroom, which includes (but is not limited to):
Assist the Lead Teacher and other staff in maintaining a safe and clean learning environment on a daily basis.
Develop and build parental rapport with positive and professional relationships.
Ensure safety and health of children by providing consistent, positive, caring environment to children in care.
Gathering dishes after meals Light cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, washing tables, etc.
) EOE Skills:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Team work skills The ability to multitask and take on different roles Leadership Skills Customer Service skills in interactions with parents and guardians Knowledge/experience in child development (preferred) Requirements:
