Office Manager
Office Manager- Well-established, multi-dentist office located in Manhattan, KS seeks to hire a responsible professional to manage the operations of the practice and ensure an excellent patient experience.
The manager will establish systems and processed which result in patient satisfaction, patient retention, case acceptance, employee engagement, and provider engagement.
Responsible for practice operations systems and provides support to all functioning areas, including administrative support to the front and back office.
The office manager will help build a strong team to support patients, be the liaison between the doctors and the team/doctor and the patients, groom leaders on the team to help support practice growth, have an understanding of the fundamentals of the business side of a practice, provide a high level of organization leadership and have a strong business acumen and usage of tools such as Word and Excel.
Dental Practice Management Software experience is a plus.
HR knowledge including benefits administration and recruitment.
Selected candidate will have excellent communication , problem solving and leadership skills, and be familiar with electronic billing, account receivables, and insurance processes.
Compensation is based on qualifications and background.
