30 AM-11:
30 AM shift.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by ensuring all surfaces, equipment (including deep cleaning when necessary), and utensils are sanitized according to food safety regulations.
Assist bakers in the production of a variety of pastries, including tasks like measuring ingredients, mixing dough, preparing for next day's bake, shaping bread, laminating dough, and loading ovens.
Replenish ingredients and supplies throughout the shift to keep production running smoothly and organize ingredient delivery.
Package and decorate finished pastries according to company standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the head baker.
Qualifications:
Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Basic understanding of food safety procedures is a plus.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
