Overview:
The Regional Sales Consultant helps our sales team interact with customers and provides information to our customers to educate them about our solutions. The RSC knows tremendous detail about our customers, services, and products, and works hand-in-hand with our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to craft solutions designed to meet customer needs. The RSC is responsible for demonstrating elements of our products and services and supporting interactive group meetings with customers.
The RSC also provides technical guidance and content for company proposals and on-demand support during the RSMs' buying cycles. The RSC reports to the Sales Operations Manager (SOM) and is an instrumental role in the success of CivicPlus' go-to-market strategies.
The right individual will receive extensive training in both sales methodologies as well specifics of CivicPlus' products and services.
