Assistant Athletics Trainer (Sports Management/Finance/Admin)

A full-time, salaried, local agency position. Responsibilities include providing and coordinating athletic training services for women's volleyball student-athletes, maintaining records and supplies, coordinating care with physicians and coaches, assisting with student-athlete insurance process and serving as clinical preceptor for an accredited educational program. This position will include the supervision of the Ahearn Athletic Training Room, as well as some administrative duties.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Master's degree in related field, two years athletic training experience in a NCAA Division I program, and proof of current BOC/NATA certification. Candidates must also possess excellent verbal and written skills, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Three to five years athletic training experience with a NCAA Division I program.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
