Summary:
The Director/Manager of Stewardship will be responsible for managing donor communication initiatives. The Director/Manager of Stewardship serves as liaison to the Foundation's Communication Department where s/he represents the interests of the Donor Relations and Events Department and attends to needs pertaining to donor stewardship and recognition activities. In this role, the Director/Manager of Stewardship serves as the visionary and strategist for donor recognition and stewardship initiatives ensuring timeliness, consistency and appropriate messaging consistent with Foundation and University standards. Together with the Senior Director of Donor Relations and Events s/he will partner with other Foundation departments, colleges and divisions within the University to lead the execution of customized communication plans for those areas and their constituents.
Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the providing the vision and strategy to develop and implement Personalized Donor Communications Plans for the Foundation's donors across all constituencies.
Serves as a projects manager for the Foundation developing and managing programs designed to ensure proper donor relations stewardship best practices are observed for all donor constituencies including Annual Giving, Planned Giving, Corps and Foundations, and Constituent Development
Serves as the primary writer/manager of gift acknowledgements forEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
