As the Client Support Specialist, you will work alongside a team of support professionals providing exceptional customer service and support.
You will create ongoing relationships with clients and internal staff by resolving technical issues via various channels of communication. This position is critical to our ability to provide our clients with great customer service so that they can use our product to make local government work better for their citizens. Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS would be beneficial.
