Customer Service Representative - Expanding Firm

Our company is currently recruiting an entry level Customer Service Representatives for our client in the local area. This firm's focuses on brand marketing and customer acquisition, retention and renewal. Due to a recent expansion, we are now looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist to take the lead on ensuring the top notch service our clients expect at our new location. This individual must be able to provide effective customer service in a professional manner and provide support to the general promotional marketing initiatives of the firm. Full Training is provided for the position.
Responsibilities Include:
oActively engage consumers interested in the clients products and service and demonstrate full product knowledge and compliance in service
oGenerate customer leads for senior Sales Consultants for consumers interested in the client
oProvide exceptional customer service to all consumers and clients
oCommunicate with clients about objectives and targets
oAssist with the management of service event sin designated retail locations
oDevelop strong relationships with the clients, retailers and other members of the marketing teams
oAdditional tasks as required
This is an entry level position where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to advance into a management position within several months.

Requirements/
Qualifications:
oCollege degree preferred and or relevant experience in customer service
oMust have own reliable transportation
oMust LOVE people!
oStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
