04BAbout This Role:
The Division of Biology seeks a highly motivated person to support research in Molecular Microbiology with Dr.
Thomas Platt.
This position involves contributing to a research project studying the fitness costs and benefits of bacterial virulence factors and will include applying molecular biology, cell culture, and animal model techniques.
Duties include conducting research, the collection, organization and analysis of data, maintenance of cell cultures and bacterial strains, ordering supplies, and working with other researchers.
This individual will work closely with the PI to carry out the research project and coordinate lab operations.
